“Hands down one of the best intensives I've ever taken.
I've been following and learning from Matt and Plus Plyos for over 2 years now and this intensive exceeded every expectation. Not only did it help me personally, but it leveled up how I coach my clients, especially when it comes to programming plyometrics with intention.
The balance between theory and practical days was brilliant. Most courses lack real-world application - this one was the opposite. I didn't just learn by listening, I learned by doing. My own plyometrics improved dramatically, and I walked away with a system I can apply immediately.
Matt's ability to take complex concepts and break them down into something digestible and actionable is a rare skill. In PT school, we're barely taught the basics of plyometrics (and let's be honest - box jumps don't count). This intensive gives you a complete framework, loaded with progressions, regressions, and context for athletes of all ages and levels.
10/10 recommend for any coach, clinician, or performance professional who's serious about mastering plyos and building better movers.”

What to expect
8 week cohort-based course
This course is designed for 20-25 coaches and practitioners who want to deeply understand plyometric and dynamic movement, develop a sharper coaching eye, and confidently apply these principles in any training environment.
Two 60 minute calls per week
Session 1: Practical live training, where we all move and train together. We will discuss your capacity to participate during our welcome process, but being present in these calls is crucial to get the most out of this course and was the most loved part by our previous participants.
Session 2: Deep-dive into key concepts and coaching frameworks.
Hands-on coaching and feedback
Every participant will follow an individually modified program, with live Q&A opportunities during sessions. This interactive format is rarely offered in other courses and ensures you not only understand the theory but feel the movement firsthand.
Recorded access
If you can’t make both live sessions, everything will be recorded and available on our course platform. You can also self-record your practical session and submit it for feedback if you can’t join live.
