Cohort #01: FULL

Register your interest for Cohort #02 - Coming Fall 2025

This 8-week cohort-based course is designed for 20-25 coaches and practitioners who want to deeply understand plyometric and dynamic movement, develop a sharper coaching eye, and confidently apply these principles in any training environment.

What to expect:

​​Two live 60 minute sessions (calls) per week

  • Session 1: Practical live training, where we all move and train together.

  • Session 2: Deep-dive into key concepts and coaching frameworks.

Hands-on coaching and feedback:
Every participant will follow an individually modified program, with live Q&A opportunities during sessions. This interactive format is rarely offered in other courses and ensures you not only understand the theory but feel the movement firsthand.

Recorded access:

If you can’t make both live sessions, everything will be recorded and available on our course platform. You can also self-record your practical session and submit it for feedback if you can’t join live.


Introduction:

  • Overview of principles, live sessions, and testing.


Movement Principles:

  • Key fundamentals – the must-know concepts.

  • Plyometric principles & frameworks.

  • Pre-plyometric movements and preparation.

  • Exercise and movement classification

  • Yielding vs. Overcoming – understanding movement spectrums.


Plyometric Analysis:

  • Objective & subjective exercise analysis.

  • Practical testing of reactivity.

  • Special guest presentation from Rich Burnett (Plyomat Creator) on holistic evaluation, jump testing, and plyometric data insights.
     

Implementation & Programming:

  • Applying the PP Model & System to programming.

  • Exercise selection and building a movement menu.

  • Structuring training for long-term athletic development.
