You are using a website (plusplyos.com/train.plusplyos.com) operated by Plus Plyos Inc and referred to as Plus Plyos or “we” in this agreement. "The Service" refers to all Plus Plyos content, including the Plus Plyos app, digital programs, educational videos, courses, seminars, imagery and all associated media.

By accessing or using the content of Plus Plyos you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which consists of the following policies:

By using our products, you consent to this agreement. To withdraw this consent, you must cease using the products and terminate your subscription.

Plus Plyos may modify or update this Terms & Conditions from time to time, so please review it periodically. Your continued use of Plus Plyos services after any modification to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such modification.

General Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Any users under the age of 13 must have written permission from a parent or guardian before commencing a Plus Plyos program.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your Account and/or purchase and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account/purchase, followers, username, or any Account rights.
You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities and you must not post private or confidential information via the comments sections throughout the Plus Plyos website and/or app. If found doing so we would delete your account and report you to the relevant authorities.
You may not use Plus Plyos content, including all programs, courses, videos, photography, logos and other associated materials for your own personal gain. This includes the re-posting of Plus Plyos materials to your own social media platforms, websites or other means of communication, without written prior consent from Plus Plyos.
You must not change, modify, adapt or alter any Plus Plyos materials or change, modify or alter another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Plus Plyos.
You may not use any Plus Plyos materials for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You must not create or submit unwanted email, comments, likes or other forms of commercial or harassing communications (a/k/a “spam”) to any Plus Plyos users or as to falsely imply that it is associated with Plus Plyos.
Plus Plyos reserves the right to terminate a subscription at any time.
Lack of payment will result in termination of subscription.

Refunds

Upon purchasing a Plus Plyos product, you acknowledge that Plus Plyos is not obliged to provide a refund on digital Products/Subscriptions/Courses (which includes all programs) purchased through the Plus Plyos website.

Refunds for digital products shall only be given in the following limited circumstances:

If there was a technical issue and the buyer was unable to view the content.
If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc)
If there was a duplicate order or payment due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.

Lifetime Access

The term "lifetime access" refers to access to a digital product for the duration of the company’s operational existence and does not imply indefinite access regardless of circumstances. Specifically, "lifetime access" means that as long as Plus Plyos remains in business and continues to offer the digital product, you will have access to it. However, Plus Plyos reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the digital product, either temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. In the event that Plus Plyos ceases operations, discontinues the digital product, or otherwise decides to terminate access, no further access or refunds will be provided.

Free Trial Programs

Free trial programs are subject to change at Plus Plyos' discretion. Plus Plyos reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free trial offers at any time, without prior notice. The terms and conditions governing any free trial program are subject to alteration, and such changes may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to the duration of the trial, access limitations, or other modifications deemed necessary by Plus Plyos. By participating in a free trial, you acknowledge and accept that these terms may change, and that Plus Plyos retains the right to remove or alter the free trial program as needed.

Health Warning and Liability Disclaimer

Your use of any Plus Plyos program and associated movements is at your own risk.

Plus Plyos shall not be held responsible for any liability resulting from the use of Plus Plyos programs. In no event shall Plus Plyos be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited, to damages for personal injury, death, loss of livelihood, loss of enjoyment, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of profits, loss of future earnings, goodwill, use, and/or any other damages or other intangible losses.

Before any physical activity suggested by Plus Plyos you should consult your physician or other health care provider. If you are coming back from an injury or have been injured in the past you must communicate the details of your injury to the Plus Plyos team via email before starting any Plus Plyos programs. Un-suitability for the Plus Plyos programs will not be a cause for refund should you have already purchased a Plus Plyos subscription.

Nothing stated or posted on the Plus Plyos website, correspondence and/or associated social media pages is intended to be, and must not be taken to be, the practice or advice of a medical professional.
