SEMINARS
WHERE THE THEORY & THE PRACTICAL COMES TOGETHER
"Matt is in his own stratosphere when it comes to understanding plyometrics, implementing it into rehab/training programs, and he's an absolute stud of a human being. I've taken his online course, utilized his programming, and attended his live seminar. I highly recommend his resources to every coach and clinician that I know.
Learn from him as soon as you can and if you can make it to a seminar to get coached up by him in live time then you're in for a treat. Matt has significantly elevated my career, made me a more confident practitioner, and I'll be shouting him out whenever I can."

SO, WHAT DOES A SEMINAR WITH PLUS PLYOS LOOK LIKE?
Our 2-day seminars are designed for coaches, therapists, and practitioners who want clearer frameworks for progressing athletes from rehab to high performance. You'll learn how to use plyometric and dynamic movement systems as the foundation for improving output, resilience, and long-term movement capacity.

Dr Derek Garza joins Matt to deliver specific ACLR rehab education that seeks to tackle that missing link to almost all ACLR processes - returning to dynamic movement. The focus of this module sets out to guide dynamic movement practices from early stages of rehab assessments to provide the reassurances all practitioners need to progress their clients into dynamic movement and plyometrics.
Expect a highly practical, hands-on experience with frameworks you can implement immediately.
A 2-day seminar will also typically break for lunch around midday and we'll have a social/networking get together for attendees on the Saturday night.
